Kabir an 18 yr boy felt suicidal!
Some questions that comes in almost everyone's mind!
What Next? What if I fail? I wish I had someone on my side!
but a questions that everyone should ask to themselve, 'Is it really that important'.
Things that we do, Plans that we make, Actions that we take may or may not work accordingly!
But the life doesn't end anyway. It's about how hard you try. It's about faith, and one fine day you will see yourself where you want.
15'May 2012, The day when it all started....
It was a usual day for everyone but unusual for Kabir, C.B.S.E. was about to release their Intermediate results today at 1100 Hrs, Kabir felt a surge of anxiety, Because he knew he would not score good marks.
(cut to another half hour)
Clock struck 11:00 Am.
Waiting for another few seconds, Kabir started surfing slowly through the result portal, scrolling down slowly for the result tab in the website.
Punching the roll no. in the result section, He hits the enter button & result pops up.
Result remarks indicating FAIL.
He knew he would not score good marks but never thought he would fail.
seeing the remarks, thousands of thoughts arose in his mind,he was afraid of his parents.. the society, his fellows..what now? how will I show this result to my dad.
My friends would make fun of me! I wont go to school now.
Kabir was totally broke. Mr. Sharma( Kabir's dad) dad saw the result, Kabir was frightened that he would be angry.
"Try harder next time" the only sentence he heard from his dad.
A month passed by, soon the new session was about to start. Kabir wanted to change the school, because he did not had the courage to the same teachers&juniors whom he will have to study with now, but his parents did not agree.
Kabir started feeling depressed, observing him Mr. Sharma decided to talk to him.
Hey, Kabir come have a seat...Mr. Sharma initiated.
Do you have any remembrance of your childhood? No,Kabir said in a low voice.
ok let me tell you something interesting about it then...said Mr. Sharma in excitement.
you know what,I still remember when you tried to stand on your own. you wanted to run as if there were wheels instead of your feet, you wanted to run as fast as you can..but every time you attempted to walk, you tumbled.
Still you tried it thousands of time and one fine day you started walking on your own.
It was a promotion month in our organization last month,I would have been promoted for Manager profile but unfortunately Mr. Singh got the promotion because of his hard work.
so what do you think what should I do now? should I leave the job and stay at home.??
No, life doesn't work that way, what I can do is work , more efficiently so when its promotion time I can get the promotion.
Same goes with you dear...
'Failure' is not bad, But if you fail and do not give it a second try that's where you are doing wrong with your life.
Life doesn't end anyway. It's how hard you try to get up when you fall.
see the positive sides of every failure, you now why you failed now you can figure out things that you need not to do. other person that would be studying with you would be studying it for the first time but you already have experience so you have a better chance to be at first position.
Always remember son, Things will never be easy in life. you have to figure out how to win, even if you fail at something 'try harder'.
There are many paths where you will have to walk alone.
You should accept failure everyone fails at something or the other but never stop trying. And one day you will surely find your way to
success.
