Don't be dogmatic!

An interviewer once asked an interviewee to translate hindi sentence to english
The sentence read " में लाल कलर की शर्ट पहन कर सोया था ".
interviewee wrote..'I slept wearing a red color t-shirt'.

Seeing the translated sentence interviewer said.Sorry you are not selected the reason being we need a candidate who is good in written and verbal communication. But it seems you can not even translate a easy sentence properly.
Hearing this,The interviewee asked  politely 'Sir can you please tell me what mistake did i make while translating the sentence '?
Read your sentence once and try to figure it out, Said the interviewer.
Sir i find my sentence to be perfect.
Don't you know the spelling of word colour, said the interviewer in agression.

Sir, sorry to say but i think you are not aware of it that both the spelling 'color' & 'colour' are correct.
These variations in spelling exist because of differences between American English and British English. Color is the spelling used in the United States. Colour is used in other English-speaking countries.

If you are right does not mean the other person is wrong,It's all about the level of  knowledge we have, you may know few things that i may not know.
And that's not a problem at all, people generally make other people feel inferior just because they have more no, of facts, does it really matter?
We can share are knowledge just having more knowledge dosen't make you superior.
This is what happens in our daily routine.
On the other hand people are becoming dogmatic.
why cant we hear to someone & think over it instead of proving them wrong?
We should respect knowledge of other person as well!
You can not be right all the time or the other person can not be wrong all time.
What you think is right does not mean it's right for every other person.
Everyone has their own perspective, principles and moral values.

Respect every person,You never know,Maybe they can help you learn something new from them.
